A lot of the workouts in Tom Holland’s Supreme 90 are cardio/medium weight workouts. I am really liking this set-I am on Day 13 and plan to continue until Cathe new DVDs get here. A first for me to continue this long with a set (other than STS). Good cardio-some high impact, but easily modified. I do those sections on my rebounder. From the strength sections I have definitely gained strength. The workouts go by fast.
