Your favorite 30 mins cardio strength (circuit) workouts

What are your favorite workouts alternating cardio and strength? In the 30-40 min range. Could be upper body and lower body or total body. I have Cindy’s 10 day. Anything similar? Thanks!

I adore KCM's 30MTF Lean Circuits and Circuit Burn. They both have some boxing for some of the cardio drills, which is nice for a different and upbeat segment.

KCM is really fun. Jessica smith has a ton on utube, kickboxing ballet sculpt is probably my fave.

A lot of the workouts in Tom Holland’s Supreme 90 are cardio/medium weight workouts. I am really liking this set-I am on Day 13 and plan to continue until Cathe new DVDs get here. A first for me to continue this long with a set (other than STS). Good cardio-some high impact, but easily modified. I do those sections on my rebounder. From the strength sections I have definitely gained strength. The workouts go by fast.

JNL Fusion is 30 mins. Only 1 workout clocks at 40 mins.

I am also interested about other similar workouts. I love these types of circuits but w/combination moves. I don’t mind repeating a workout to make it an HR as I prefer. I double up JNL the last time.

Are you only interested in dvds? Are you open to You Tube?
I really like Cathe's Upper Body Hiit, from her Ripped w/HIIT. You Tube: Gym Ra has a lot of 30 min curcuit workouts. SYDNEY cummings has a lot of 30 & 40 min. Circuit workouts too.
