I love Cathe's Ripped with HiiT's Plyo HiiT 1 (Premix 3) which is 1/2 of Plyo HiiT 1 and 1/2 of Plyo HiiT 2 and clocks in around 22 min. w/o stretch.
Just did it this morning...thought I was going to die...forgot how tough it is!
THEN, I did STS Meso 2 Wk 1 Back & Bi's. Whew! Great workout today!
Also, I like Cathe's Crossfire's Plyo Tabata which is very short and to the point! Love doing plyo moves on my rebounder and can really get my HR up!
I'm sure there's more but can't think of them at the moment....
