So many Hiit choices - what are your favorites?

What are your favorite hiit cardio workouts? No weights. Thanks!

Bootcamp - Metabolic Conditioning (3 workouts)
Insanity - Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Cathe - HIIT I usually add Plyos on the step instead of some of her exercise choices.

I love Cathe's Ripped with HiiT's Plyo HiiT 1 (Premix 3) which is 1/2 of Plyo HiiT 1 and 1/2 of Plyo HiiT 2 and clocks in around 22 min. w/o stretch. Just did it this morning...thought I was going to die...forgot how tough it is! THEN, I did STS Meso 2 Wk 1 Back & Bi's. Whew! Great workout today!

Also, I like Cathe's Crossfire's Plyo Tabata which is very short and to the point! Love doing plyo moves on my rebounder and can really get my HR up!

I'm sure there's more but can't think of them at the moment....

Great question - I am hoping some of the answers will inspire me to try new ones, as I tend to go back to the same ones over and over.

I use Cathe's HIIT the most of any other HIIT - I probably use Pyramid the most, because I can use it on travel, then 40/20, then 30/30. These are all awesome, in and out in exactly 30 minutes with warm-up and stretch, and really get the heart rate up.

Second most used -Cathe's XTrain All Out Low Impact HIIT. I really love this one - the different equipment changes breaks it up into more manageable portions in my mind, somehow.

Then RWH Plyo HIIT 2. Another great one, heart rate is booming. I also like the premix AnMrsDe mentioned. Plyo HIIT One I just don't reach for as often.

I use segments of both Crossfire and To The Max as HIIT. I like putting together two of the tabatas and the step HIIT from To The Max the best.

I have thought of trying Tony Massenburg's Ignite - would love to hear thoughts on this if anyone has tried it.

Wow! That is a lot of recommendations. You guys are tempting me to get this! I like Mindy anyway and I don't have this one. Some of Mindy's tend be more on the metabolic side than pure cardio - for those of you that have this, how would you describe it?

Definitely a leg burner. It is pretty much pure cardio. She does have an ab hiit segment. I don't really like it though. There are different hiit segments w/different time frames for work and rest. 3 or 4 segments I really like. Its been awhile since I have done this, but it's a little different and fun.
