I really wanted to buy this but wow the shipping is almost a third of the cost of the book😢 from my recollection the book is 19.99 and the shipping is 6.99. I probably should have looked it up before I posted but I'm still trying to get up off the floor😃

I'm pretty sure Autumn said on her FB page that it will be on Amazon in August. If you have Prime, no shipping!

Yes, Autumn, did say that it would be on amazon in August. I was excited about that until a vfer pointed out that beachbody typically builds the shipping into the amazon prices to even the playing field. If that's the case, I'd rather get it sooner from Mary.....
