My goodness, that burns! I did the "L" move this morning and my legs were Screaming at me....couldn't make it thru! Love the leg work!

There is another thread that talks about a contrarian view. Not sure the poster was really disappointed, just brought up some criticisms about the dvd.

I took a chance and bought this as soon as I saw the initial post...I didn't even want to admit it here! I'm very happy with it. I think she did a fantastic job with her 1st effort! I follow the Fuzzie routine or mix & match a bunch...it all flows well. I would be thrilled with another workout.
