Yep, you can run an HDMI cable from your laptop to your TV (if it has an HDMI port). You can find "cheap" HDMI cables on Amazon.

The HDMI does not fit directly into my computer (at least not the HDMI cable I have) so I had to also buy an adapter. This may sound complicated but it's not and it is not expensive. It's worth the effort to be able to use Cathe live (and not be stuck with just DVDs)

That makes more sense. Either that or I heard her wrong as sweat was dripping into my ears. LOL

I did Buff Upper Body Live today. Nothing new here, but she hits the entire upper body evenly and has pretty a tough plank section. I like these kind of short, no fuss workouts.

She uses a vocal mix with older music here. I recognized music from both the Intensity & the Body Blast series. I just did Legs & Glutes last night and the same song from that workout was on this live workout.

Overall a thumbs up from me.

Will be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow. LOL
Can you send me the link where you got your 60 lb vest?

Fit Tower: Tone and Tighten

Did this today because I was tired from a long weighted hike and didn't feel like lifting weights even though it was my strength day.

I don't have a Fit Tower, but subbed a chair, my TRX and the floor for pushups.

I feel like it was thorough but completely different than what I usually do. All body parts worked hard.
I have a tendency to skip barre-type workouts, but really enjoyed this. (Adding a 10 lb weight belt really made the leg work tough)

Usually I don't love band work exclusively for the upper body because it works my traps too much, but I really liked the exercises Cathe chose.
I also enjoyed hearing the music from the Intensity Series! A blast from the past.

Still getting my money's worth from my Cathe Live subscription!

I did this one yesterday and LOVED it!!
I love band work as a nice alternative to the usual weight work that I do.

I did Cathe's latest today, PHA 3 and really liked it. Of the three lives, this one got my heartrate up the most. I was happy that there were only two sets of each exercise, although she forgot to include set two of rear delts. Since there was only two sets of each exercise, there were three rounds of different exercises.

The first leg exercise really got my heart racing in a good way. It was a fast paced curtsy lunge to a squat. As usual she overworked the shoulders, but I skipped the upright rows and subbed out other exercises. I think she shortchanges back & chest, because these workouts are metabolic in nature.

Anyhow I think is my favorite PHA so far, maybe cause there is less repetition. I would love her to do another PHA with no repeats!

I don't have Live anymore but when I did I loved all the workouts I did. I wish she would make DVDs like her live classes. Love her PHA live classes I did 1 and 2, but the PHA she did on DVD was boring and way too repetitive.
