I got 30 Days to Total Body Tone Pilates with Caroline Sandry for Mother's Day. I did the Total Body Tone. I have the world's worst exercise ADD. Today I say I am going to follow the 30 day plan. We'll see.

Trifecta Pilates 48 min Reformer on the Mat class live class replay sent out.

MathTeacher - 30 days with 6 workouts sounds tough even without exercise ADD!

Balanced to the Core Day 10/30 12 min pelvic stability. Tracey Mallett Flat Blly Workout 8 min to get in some abs.

Balanced to the Core Day 11/30 11 min. I'm ready to jump ship and do something else.. Tomorrow's EPIC II has ab work so I may get another day in first.

Hi Everyone,

I am back on the Pilates wagon, I hope!

Today was Jessica Valent - Pilates for Every Body.

MathTeacher - I purchased that workout from Caroline Sandry - I do like the rotation that came with it. May have to try it. I also have Caroline's 30 Days to Flat Abs Pilates, her Pilates for Beginners and a walking workout she did.

I think I may pull out the Pilates for Beginners and do that one soon. It is funny how rusty I feel in Pilates if I take a break from it for any length of time.

Jane - those are good workouts. I did quite a bit w/ Jennifer Kries back in the day!

You are so right, especially since I did not like the arms or the booty (as she called it) I am so fickle.

The Girl with the Pilates Mat 12 min Ballet Inspired Standing Barre and The Pilates Fix 5 min Booty Blast. Much happier with these and they complimented my other workout which had a lot of ab work.
