I am back on the Pilates wagon, I hope!
Today was Jessica Valent - Pilates for Every Body.
MathTeacher - I purchased that workout from Caroline Sandry - I do like the rotation that came with it. May have to try it. I also have Caroline's 30 Days to Flat Abs Pilates, her Pilates for Beginners and a walking workout she did.
I think I may pull out the Pilates for Beginners and do that one soon. It is funny how rusty I feel in Pilates if I take a break from it for any length of time.
Jane - those are good workouts. I did quite a bit w/ Jennifer Kries back in the day!
