Aww, thanks for remembering - I was hoping you might forget. It's been I think 2 years since I've run at all. My buddy is coming and walking, buffboy is running (he's decided to stop track at school but we're aiming for one race a month this season), and I'm hoping to shuffle along. It's a 6:30PM race - I would do better at 6:30 AM! Oh and just to make matters worse (give me another excuse?!) tomorrow is leg day with Caroline! Yeah me. I will be doing extra stretching for sure. Just hoping not to embarrass myself too much and get some good eye candy along the way.

May the 4th stuck with me. This time of year is when Vannie and I would do the race in her hometown, so today's facebook memories were from a couple of those.

Tomorrow is glute day Caroline for me, so I'll be feeling your pain.
