Hi

I seem to have fallen off the wagon of Trifecta and onto the wagon of Jessica Valent! I did her 10 in 10 series, Day # 2 - Yoga for back health.

I will get back to Beth/Trifecta at some point. I periodically consider subscribing to her streaming site, it is pricey though and I have done a month here and there. (It is $30/month). But, I do find it hard to stick w/ her for some reason. I like her workouts (mostly the Level 1 workouts and the workouts she does with props) well enough, and I enjoy them when I'm doing them but I have a hard time getting started in doing them. Not sure why. But, this feeling makes me think her You Tube channel may be enough for me and no need to subscribe to another streaming service.

I like Jessica Valent b/c she does offer a nice variety of Pilates, traditional weight work, barre, rehab/PT style workouts, etc.

Trifecta Pilates Standing Class for Balance - 17 min, great, felt it in my hips
Club Forme Pilates & Barre Quick Pilates Abs - 14 min

Jessica is really great. I gave my mom her rotator cuff rehab and heard the other day it's working when other stuff didn't.

Trifecta Pilates Day 5/14 Summer Series Pilates Yoga Fusion - 19 min

These were good but not in my do again pile.

Are people interested in a June thread? I just realized we're still under the May thread.

Hi!

I would be happy to keep this check in going, even if I don't post all that often, I like to hear what everyone is doing with Pilates.

I'm working my way through Jessica Valent's 10 in 10 series. I did # 3 today which was lower body.

After that I may do her Pilates camp or go back to the Trifecta Summer Series.

Buffmama - I really like Beth and I really want to do her workouts more, but I do seem to have some sort of block with them that I can't put my finger on.

Maybe it is something I just need to do in small doses.
