I did Cardio & Core today, the warm up has side core flexions and rotations, combined with squats, the cardio was up beat, a lot of side rotation, arm punches, arm extensions, always using the corebar while shuffling from one side to other across the room, some knee ups with side twist, at the 16 min. mark or so started the core work portion, although you do use the core during the whole workout! My obliques are a bit sore from yesterday workout, floor work included planks, supermans, and Russian twist all using the bar. These workouts has a little cool down, but not stretch, that is ok with me, since I always add a long stretch (Slim & Limber or other similar) after my workouts. Music was good, and again all was low impact, I enjoyed it!
