Total minutes: 400 (or 3 hours and 40 minutes)

Equipment: yoga mat, yoga block

Minutes for each segment:

Align 1, 58 min
Align 1 Teaching Tip, 12 min
Align 2, 60 min
Align 2 Teaching Tip, 6 min
Stretch 1, 61 min
Stretch 1 Teaching Tip, 8 min
Stretch 2, 58 min
Stretch 2 Teaching Tip, 9 min
Strength 1, 58 min
Strength 1 Teaching Tip, 6 min
Strength 2, 58 min
Strength 2 Teaching Tip, 6 min

Rotation:

This is a nine week rotation using one of the 6 workouts roughly every other day in Rounds 1 and 2, and then four or five days in a week in Round 3.

In Round 1, you use the first level (designated with a "1" in the title).
In Round 2, you use second level (designated with a "2" in the title).
In Round 3, you use a combination of the first and second level workouts.

Align 1 = A1
Align 2 = A2
Stretch 1 = Sc1
Stretch 2 = Sc2
Strength 1 = Sg1
Strength 2 = Sg2


Round 1, Week 1
M: A1
W: Sc1
F: Sg1
Su: A1

Round 1, Week 2
Tu: Sc1
Th: Sg1
Sat: A1

Round 1, Week 3
M: Sc1
W: Sg1
F: A1
Su: Sc1

Round 2, Week 1
M: A2
W: Sc2
F: Sg2
Su: A2

Round 2, Week 2
Tu: Sc2
