1/5/2020: By golly, I think I have the 2020 down pat now. Only took 5 days of checking in.
I did
Cardio Coach Volume 1 (with the last interval done twice) for my mile. Treadmill (ended up being 2). And I followed it up with a "Rock Ride" with Sam Yo - 45 minutes and a pretty impressive graph if I do say so myself!!! A quick 5 minute stretch after.
Now it's off to bed to get rested for work tomorrow.
