Sharon, I have a whole sub collection, too! LOL

My favorites for this situation are:
KS lift weights to lose weight
KS cardio fat burner
KS peak fat burning
KS new yoga basics
Crunch Boot Camp
Minna Strength and Grace/Fat Eliminator DVD
Leslie Sansone 3 mile super fat burning DVD

I've recently added a few DVD's for the extra fun factor:
Tamille Motown Moves and Rock Hard Assets

Most of these tapes give me a very decent sweaty workout, despite the fact that I use them mostly on those sub-par days. Also, for some reason unbeknownst to me, when I am feeling not up to much, I mostly will look to Kathy Smith. I don't know why I associate her with not-too-hard, because when I am done with one of her workouts (except for the yoga which is nice and relaxing) there is no doubt that I got a good workout. Maybe it's because she was my first exercise video instructor.

For me, light days mean a shorter workout.
Some favorites:
Minna Lessig's Emergency Workout Cardio
Cardio from Sleek Physique or Half and Half
Cindy Crawford's next Dimension; combination of workouts b+c
Reebok Hi/Lo with Petra Kolber
Body tech!
