Burn 3 today with 8-15lb dumbbells/kettlebells. My favorite from this phase so far.

I did Burn 1 today. Surprised... I enjoyed it a lot! Love the slow and low rep workout.

Week 2 - Burn 1 - 8-15lb DB 7 KB. Still sore today from snow plowing over the weekend.

I do not exercise on weekends... so today I did Burn 2. I like the slow pace and low reps. I think she should give more rest time... I needed that.

I also received my Cathe pre-order. Tomorrow I'll do her LITE cardio. Reviews sounds like the set is great!

Cardio Party today. I needed the lower intensity workout since I'm still sore from yesterday. I'm hoping I'll be all well tomorrow morning for Burn 3. I used a 10 lb weighted vest for Burn 2... my legs are sore.

I usually do not do full rotation. The only full rotation I did was Jilians Body Revolutions. I got results with that rotation even with 30 mins/day. We'll see how I'll fare with this rotation...

Week 2 Burn 2 today. Burn Phase is becoming dreadful and repetitive. Cannot wait to move on to Push phase.
hdw - I rarely complete the rotation like this. I've done 3 month of T-Tapp, D2S, Skogg for 4 month before, but those were loose rotations without specific calendar. Will see how far I can go with CLX
