I know the whole "bulky" and women debate and how what you eat is important. Is this system good for really leaning out though?

The heaviest program I've done is Cathe's Xtrain and I saw good results from that one. Just trying to decide if I should stick with that or give BB a try.

I always look my trimmest and firmest with heavier weights, but if it's been a while, I have to go through weeks of water weight swelling to get there (don't be afraid!). You might find some inspiration from the women who started a FB page for BB. (some competition lifters in there too)
