I am the same way Footballnut. I have had them since the beginning. The workouts are solid and the moves are good too, but I struggle w/ how fast-paced they are. Someone above hit the nail on the head when they said they are more like 30-40 min workouts squeezed into 20 mins.

Joni - that is a great point that you make.
