I sure like the look of this DVD, 8 short pilates or yoga segments. But on reading further, I found it's a DVD-R that they make "on-demand".

Unfortunately I'm not willing to spend $20 on a DVD-R

I love Amazon, but just can't see how they can charge that much for a DVR when the app is available free for iPhone....it looks to be the exact same workout.

It looks like the app is free, but each section of the app costs individually ($2.99 each section). Bummer. I do wish the Amazon offering was a DVD and not DVD-R.

The free app is only the promotional video. You will need to purchased the individual sections. Some of the sections are Ashtanga Chant for $.99, Intro to Ashtnga $2.99, Pilate for Butt & Thighs $2.99, Yoga for ABs $2.99, Yoga for Arms Wrists $2.99. If you buy all section, it will cost you about $25.

I downloaded the app and liked the overall premise of the app itself - download the portions you want.

Are there any other apps like that?
