I just did this one today. I think I just had an off day, but this was really challenging for me. I also felt some of the moves were bothersome for me. Maybe it's the pace. Some moves felt sort of torquey, (if that makes sense), lol. I'll have to try it again another day when I have more energy. Boy did I burn a ton of calories though. That's aways a good thing, but I like to enjoy my workouts more than I did today, so I'll keep my hopes up that I'm just having an off day

i love that some of the moves are "torquey". i am really tempted to buy it.

Just did this one for the first time today and really liked it. It was harder than I expected, having done a few other Michelle D. workouts in the past. LOVED the circuit training! I used 5s and 10s, and was nicely challenged.

Talk about non-stop! The rest breaks were only about 15 seconds, enough time to grab a sip of water and grab your weights. But I really liked it. I didn't wear my HR monitor, but judging by the amount of sweat and my breathing, I worked hard.

Probably harder than KCM's Circuit Burn, maybe not quite as fun, but pretty close. I'm very pleased (except for the Burpees...lol).

I just this workout and Circuit Burn today. I like this much better than Circuit Burn, although it was much harder. I didn't get past the warmup. lol And that was no warmup! I like the music too. This is definitely something for me to work up to.

I love these workouts. I tried the Peak 10 Strength and loved it. Please if anyone knows who sings that song in he third or fourth interval 'Oh Yeah, Yeah, Yeah.. Oh Yeah..'

I love that and I would love to download it.

I've done this w/o 4 times now (I'm doing a modified Peak10 at home). Does anyone else have noodle arms in the 4th segment (the standing punching part - after the mountain climbers, side jumps)?
