CLX Replacements

Has anyone received their replacement dvd's yet? Were they scratch free? Did they ship UPS express? Supposedly mine have been shipped ups express but they still don't have a tracking number for me.

I got a tracking # and they are being shipped 2nd day air (probably because I paid the extra to have them shipped that way the first time). They are scheduled to arrive on Friday, Jan. 2nd. I'll post when I get them!

My replacements are 2nd day air as well. however, the shipping process started Dec. 24th and they will just be delivered tomorrow....7 days later because of the holidays. It took that long for UPS Express the first time. I did notice this time they are coming from California. The first shipment was out
of Ohio

ETA: My replacement is now out for delivery today

How do you go about getting the workouts replaced? Mine are scratched too!

I contacted Beachbody customer service but others contacted a Team Beachbody coach if that is how they made the purchase.

I just got my replacements yesterday. Now get this, they sent an entire duplicate order, dvd's, bands, gloves, etc. Everything! I don't understand why they did this. I am now wondering if they have re-charged me for the order again. I think I am going to call and make sure this did not happen. I only requested the replacement discs. Bty, they are in perfect condition, not scratched or smudged at all!

If you ordered the Deluxe, they probably just sent the entire set again. I am guessing you will not be charged. I ordered the basic but sure wouldn't mind if they sent a duplicate like yours

Well, it is great of course, if they did not charge me again! DH says I should just wait and see what my statement says. I am thinking I will probably call on Mon just to be sure. I did originally order the deluxe set, so maybe that had somthing to do with it.

Oh, this is good news! I will be ordering soon if more reports of perfect discs come in!
