I just did Cathe's STS Total Body. What a fabulous workout! I will be working this into my rotation at least once a week. I enjoyed everything about this one! Got my heart rate up. I could go quite heavy. It will be one to grow with for sure!

DOMS all day as a result of yesterday’s workout. This happens as soon as you get back into the game. I was tired but pressed play!! Stretch 2 is VERY dynamic. I’m going to get into more details later on. Time to chill now #Friday

DD and I went to the gym and did an upper body workout followed by 15 minutes of treadmill.
