Ideas?

I'm always asking for ideas from this forum because I feel I'll get an honest answer. The perfect workout for me in my current fitness condition, has been Cathe's ICE Metabolic Total Body. Do any of you know of any workouts that are similar?

Thanks in advance for your replies!

For sure, Cathe's LITE Metabolic Blast is similarly structured.

Personally, I like Fit Split Low Impact Cardio/Metabolic Conditioning much better than ICE. But I usually like what most don't and don't like what most do.

Is the Fit Split a more advanced Cathe workout? I can't quite get through Kick, Punch, and Crunch and am more of an intermediate exerciser.

I don't think it's that advanced. It's low impact cardio (only 15 min.) and I add impact to make it more advanced. I really like her drills in this one. MC is more fun than ICE, imo. I actually reach for this series a lot lately. I love Legs & Glutes and the cardio segments (except the boxing). Push Pull is just ok. Not a real fan of the the ab work is hard with the disks, so I rarely do it. I keep forgetting that you can't buy the discs separately.

I like Cathe Muscle Endurance from her Intensity Series. I have and like the ICE Metabolic Total Body and would rate Muscle Endurance as just a bit harder because the workout is 12 minutes longer.

If you are looking for about the same fitness level, but something different to to do, you might also consider Dasha Kettlebell Kickbox Scorcher series. I would say it is int-advanced. The 3 workouts are between 35 -42 minutes, but that is plenty, because she asks you to do burpee variations once or twice in each workout. The strength moves with kettlebells are different from the moves you would do with Cathe. I noticed my fitness increased with these workouts, with no dread factor.

Thanks for the info. I am probably getting Dasha Kettlebell Kickbox Scorcher from ebay because the other sources are pretty expensive. I have 10lb and 15lb kettlebells which I hope will work.
