Opinions on Youv2 Beachbody

I love Dancy fun workout routines but am wondering if this is too beginnerish. Anyone have this and any comments on it? Are you able to up the intensity if you want? I am intermediate to advanced level.

I rented one of these from Kineticflix and only looked at it. It looked super easy so I didn't even try it. I don't know if I could have upped the intensity but I don't think it could have been upped very much.

I tried 2 of these on BOD. The exercisers were really having a good time, and no one was thin. Totally non-intimidating, but very easy.

I also did these on BOD. The background exercisers were annoying to me. I didn't like Leandro. BUT I liked that it reminded me of old school workouts. I cringed watching the workout but liked it when I did it. Not a hard workout but you can put more oomph into it.

I did the workouts on BBOD. The workouts are fairly easy and good to do when you just want to move and not overly exert yourself. I had to overlook the over exuberance of the background exercisers. Here is a review written by The Dysfunctional Parrot. I enjoy reading his informative reviews. http://dysfunctionalparrot.com/healt.../review-youv2/
