Donna D! Esquire Super Stomach, loved it so much!
I have no clue how to convert VHS (also I don't own a VCR) but if I did, workouts I would love to have on DVD include Super Stomach, Denise Austin's Hips, Thighs, and Buttocks, Jane Fonda's Low Impact Aerobics and the ones with the step, and the Cher step tape.
