For some reason though I have had this workout disc for AGES, I mean over a year, I have never done it. I think that I just did not see Amy as a kettlebell trainer so although I had purchased it, I just never grabbed it at workout time. Plus, it says 'advanced' so I wasn't sure just how hard it would be, etc.
As usual, I was in the mood for kettlebells today and just figured that it was about time I gave this a shot. I was surprisingly pleased with this one! I only did one of the mixes, but the disc has 3 20 minute workouts and then some mixes, and I chose the shortest one for 29 minutes. Then there are also abdominal and stretch sections. It went by really fast, although kettlebell workouts usually do for me, they just don't get tedious, perhaps because I really pay attention a LOT since I am still not WAY experienced with it. I love AOS "minute of strength" updates, and think that website is da bomb!!
Anyway, for anybody who was wondering, AND you already know kettlebell form and function, this is better than I expected it to be!
