BBC Cardio has the hightest dread factor to me beating out any of Cathe's Imax workouts. I won't get rid of them b/c one day I want to follow their rotation for a month b/c I'm convinced I would see results simply b/c they push me so beyond my comfort level....especially the cardio portions that Barry leads. I think I'm very weird in what I find difficult and what produces a dread factor to me b/c I think, how can I barely survive cardio that is only around 18 min. but he just goes and goes at high intensity the whole time.

I personally find him funny and not too annoying but he could get annoying fast. The other leads are what I call "pretty boys" and honestly they irritate me more. There is one guy who just talks WAY too much and he hardly ever blinks. Nadia leads the leg workout and she counts EVERY rep which also gets annoying. They all deliver a tough workout though and I wish I had a treadmill b/c you get a treadmill workout as well.

I don't have the Bootcamp DVD, but just wanted to point out that the Ultrafit DVD that comes with the book is a shortened version of the full Ultrafit Workout- contains about 20 minutes of the whole Ultrafit workout, which is about 45-50 minutes if I remember correctly. I like the book: it's a good program that gets progressively much harder , but please don't buy the book thinking that you'll get the full Ultrafit workout!

I think this review is for the 5-day Academy? Not the new one? It just sounds familiar... and I got rid of mine. I want to try the new one, but I'm not sure how different they are. I think the first one has too much impact for me. Can someone do a compare/contrast? TIA!

Hey Carla , I have the Ultrafit book and like it , of course I haven't tried any of the workouts ( ) but it does look good and tough the book itself is nice to look at because of all the colorful pictures. I do have one problem with it , most of the strength wotkouts are scheduled 4 days a week - AB , Rest , AB . Workout A is always chest , back & legs and B is shoulders and arms , I'm not sure this is a good split since in back and chest work you also work your shoulders , biceps and triceps and then on the next day you are concentrating on these muscles , I'm not sure if there is enough recovery.

This is what I found on her website... I think they are different because they are two separate items:

BTW the bootcamp that I'm referring to is this one http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...aster-kit-9344

Has any tried this one? it seems to be the newer one?

I'm getting amazing results with Results fitness... already lost 3 pounds in 4 days Those kinds of workouts/diet definitely work for me.... I'm soooo about to cave with the BBC BUT I may wait because apparently he will be in QVC on January 13th and maybe offer a good deal

I also want to get the Ultrafit Book and dvd.... and another book she wrote:

Is it this one?

Im also a Cindy fan, I have most all of her workouts!!!

Here is my review on the Fatblaster workouts. The thread answers all of your questions and has reviews of the workotus, which I absolutely LOVE. I used the set for 8 weeks and lost 7.5 pounds, increased my cardio endurance, and saw noticable definition in my arms. I am also doing pushups on my toes now!!!! I had been on a plateau for over a year so these results were GREAT. You can definatley get an advanced workout by following the advanced modifier and using the black bands.

Heres my review for the Ultra Fit w/o Which is not 1 minute increments but has short increments similiar to the BBC Fat Blaster. The review is post 15.

Here is my review of the 10 days to a better body

Cindy also has some Natural Journey workouts, a bootcamp workout and a strength workout.

She has a new one coming out that I ordered from CD Universe. Total Body Toning.

HTH

Guys, I made a mistake. Ultra Fit Workout was re-released as Ultra Fat Burning Workout by Natural Journeys - as per DawnP in the thread below.
