Kcm Previews
Kelly has her previews up, did you see already! Yeah on the new dvds. I just had surgery, today, so hard to say more. Rotator cuff, recovery is difficult.

Since I didn't pre-order I guess these will go on my wish list. I like the looks of both of the workouts!

I ordered both and these look good. I always like Kelly's energy and enthusiasm, plus she has a great sense of humor.
I didn't give Burn and Build the attention it deserves, though.
