I'm going to start July 30th so I'll be a couple weeks behind everyone. I previewed the first week and think I'm going to love it!

So far, I am enjoying the workouts. I like that the series is only 4 days per week and that each workout includes Ab work. I really enjoyed that in the chest and triceps workout everything is included- abs, strength and cardio. Joel is not skimpy with the stretch at the end and I appreciate that. |
