Anyone doing Lift4?

I signed up for early access. I am loving it. Heavy weight splits.. with hiit. My favorite combo!!! The workouts are all under 45 minutes.. you can really lift heavy.. so you feel it! You do 10 reps of each lift.. 3 sets of each exercise.

Day 1 done. I'm doing it at the same time as a good friend of mine, so we can encourage each other

Day 2 done. I know I am going to need to get heavier weights. I am just having a hard time with this only being 4 days a week. Feel like I should do more.

I will be adding on Hamelin cardio tone workouts, long dog walks and some kickboxing. 4 days is not enough for me either. I want to build muscle, so nothing too strenuous. Today is day off from Lift4, so I will do a dog walk and cardio tone with only 1 pound hand weights.. so I am fresh for shoulders and HIIT tomorrow.

I really love the program so far. You can really lift heavy!!!

I'm going to start July 30th so I'll be a couple weeks behind everyone. I previewed the first week and think I'm going to love it!

I am on the fence about ordering the early access, so I was hoping for some feedback. Can anyone tell me about the format of the workouts, the cardio, etc.?

Thanks!

The Back and Bicep workout was all weight lifting. Basically there are three pairs of exercises 10 reps each exercise) and each exercise is repeated three times. There was a burnout at the end of the three circuits. The Chest and Triceps workout was a 50 /50 workout. The first half they did chest/triceps exercises which were done in pairs and each exercise is repeated x 3. The second half of the workout was Hiit cardio. Both workouts end with Ab work. From the schedule it appears that each week the format and when the Hiit and interval workouts are scheduled changes.

So far, I am enjoying the workouts. I like that the series is only 4 days per week and that each workout includes Ab work. I really enjoyed that in the chest and triceps workout everything is included- abs, strength and cardio. Joel is not skimpy with the stretch at the end and I appreciate that.

It looks like a great program and may pull me over the edge to sign up for BBOD. I like the lifting heavy part.

I watch it and may do it this week to get a feel for the program

In the preview that they offered there was soooo much repeating. Three sets of moves bores me to tears. Is that the way this program is set up?

thanks!
