Awesome. On vacation right now, but this is on my radar for my first workout back. PM me if you do anymore great combos. I did #1 and #2 of her new Zcut group and followed it with on of the Short and Sweet Ultimate Yogi's (I think #2). I loved that !!!

I plan on doing the ZGym rotation as it is written but adding ZWOWs everyday. I want to do 1-70 and I estimate that will take me 12 weeks.

Some of the Zwows are better than others. Be sure to keep notes so when you go to revisit, you only do the ones you liked.

I have a playlist on youtube called "Zwow favorites" that I am going to add them to.

I just signed up for the Zgym today. I do think the workouts are better quality. I just wrote down all the exercises and typed them up on my computer. Mine plays on Quicktime. So if I bought quicktime pro I could download it to my computer and put it on my ipad or iphone. But not feeling the need for that. I am slower than her, so it's much better to watch initially, write down exercises and do on my own time by paper.

I signed up yesterday and my credit card was charged last night. When I log into my account I see that I have a subscription, but whenever I try to access any of the content is says "unauthorized" and will not let me. I submitted a customer support request through zgym, but have heard nothing back. Sigh, if this keeps up I am going to have to call my CC merchant and ask for a charge back.
