I played through all the sections and didn't have any freezing. I hope they get you a new disc!

Yes, I would classify this as athletic yoga -- pushups, jump lunges, handstand preps. I think on some days i would do more than one section, but I was using this as an add-on today, and one section was enough!

Quick preview of the warmup, crescent series, and chair series - only viewed bits and parts, but this is athletic for sure. I can't wait to do the chair sequence. Chair, drop to butt and roll backward, and then flip to plank, and repeat.

By no explanation I think she means that she doesn't really explain the pose that you're in.....but she does cue

And i think its athletic enough to overcome the fact that you're not a yoga person

How long is each workout? I might be able to do short yoga.
The workouts range from approximately 6 minutes(just shy of the 6 min mark)to the longest one is about 11.5 minutes.....so not very long at all

Me. I just previewed the warm up and had freezing issues.

I was actually ready to order it when I decided to against it,. I'm so in love with UY now that I really want to finish the rotation. This wouldbe such a distraction to me. I will get it in a few weeks.

Are there any modifications? I don't really care for Yoga and if no modifications, it's a definite no this dvd.
