kittybug, I was going to post this last week and mention that she's a great alternative for Caroline Girvan fans but want guidance throughout the video. I was planning to give you full credit for bringing her to my attention. I have done a handful or so of her videos by now and really love them. I need to look for her suggested rotations -- I've just been picking them randomly.

I follow her on instagram and see she recently won a bodybuilding competition.

This morning I tried out this one: One Hour Barre Inspired Leg Day Bootcamp. https://youtu.be/Nk6wvhEYcPw. Oh boy 😅 I did not expect it to be as tough as it was. Will definitely be revisiting this workout as well as exploring more of her workouts.

Oh my, I KNOW, right???!!! I just did this one yesterday and was DYING. I realized I was more tight than I knew from STS 2.0 Giant Sets the day before but holy moly, Larie handed my lower body to me on a platter. Today my legs feel like concrete pylons. She has great, great stuff. And how adorable was she, shaking right along with us with her lovely smile!

On a side note, I wear glasses all day, except for working out! I hate sweat droplets on the glasses, then removing them to wipe my face and the glasses, no thanks, I put them back on when I am done. Because, someone doesn't wear glasses on YouTube it doesn't mean they don't wear glasses on a regular basis

https://youtu.be/tTaJQw9HHQI 30 Min Barre Bootcamp Total Body Workout with Cardio: Minimal Cuing. This morning's workout. Another burner but it was a lot less killer due to dividing the work amongst the different muscle groups and the shorter length. (Also def was not minimal cuing imo.) I ended super sweaty and feeling energized. I now have a (growing) list of workouts to try. She's super cute and very motivating. Thanks for sharing ��

Awesome!

Yesterday, because I was still SO SORE, I did the upper body companion to the lower body one we both did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vb3IieU2wZY

She herself kept saying how sore she was from filming the lower body one, so there would be NO lower body in this workout, hah! Made me feel a bit better. I agree she's super cute and motivating, and her workouts are very well designed, challenging, and don't waste any time. I have not done one that I didn't love!
