Jessica Smith: Gentle Yoga Plus Pilates: Pilates Floor Flow workout (30 minutes)

The Blogilates YouTube was short but hip flexor intensive. She was visited by doggie George.
I really love Jessica's floor pilates workout from her new DVD. The stretches throughout that workout feel really good.

Sherry, that sucks a$$. ((HUGS)) On the positive, she didn't suffer long. My mother-in-law suffered in excruciating pain for the last several months of her life and it was difficult to see.

Cyana, what a great idea to do squats, calf raises and split lunges while drying your hair! Yes, that qualifies as exercise. I need to do that while I do food prep in the kitchen.
Yeah, the current events have been distressing.

EDIT TO ADD: My 5 year old grandson wanted to walk to the big park in my town so we walked there this afternoon.

Hi -- back with

Today's Workout: Day 4 of Jessica Smith's Calm and Strong rotation was the Flexibility & Relaxation routine from Gentle Yoga Stretch. I've done this one a few times before and I like it -- although it brought home how stiff I've gotten lately! I also got in my long outdoor walk this morning.

Paine: Two walks are even better than one!

Thank you for the hugs.

I took a rest day yesterday.

Today I did a half hour team body project from you tube and yoga with bird morning yoga for stiff bodies. Ten minutes of yoga seems to be what I can do now.
