yes, that is the dvd that i have. michelle's routine is harder and more athletic than kendall's. i recall that it took me more tries to get michelle's steps down, but once i did it was a good workout.

I keep my copy because I love stepping to that live music with Kendall teaching.
I could not follow Michelle. Tried a couple times but gave up because the cueing was too late for me.

Does anybody remember the Crunch Fitness shows that used to air on ESPN2? I have a VHS tape full of the hi/lo workouts from that show. I taped them in April, 1998.

Last night I did two 30 minute shows, one was a sort of funky hi/lo and the other was a hip hop hi/lo. Lots of fun moves, moderate work, crazy retro outfits!

I do!! .but they didn't make it thru the purge of 2007 :-( I'm ok with it though because my tapings were awfully snowy ..not sure why.

I'm thrilled you kept and still do them...makes me smile

I did Cathe's Step Works over two days. While it's faster and bouncier than I now prefer, I was once again impressed by how well the routine flowed together.

You inspired me to do some vintage Crunch workouts today!
I did Fatblaster plus which I had on VHS back in the day. Oh I loved this workout even though there was so much whooping and I wish the girl with the really long (like Crystal Gayle long) hair would pull her hair back in a ponytail! I easily remembered all the moves even though I haven't done it in years!

I also added on Crunch's Fat Burning Ab Attack, which I have never done before. Meh. Probably won't do this one again.

I'm glad I inspired you! I love reading what workouts people are doing for this very reason. Sometimes it sparks a reminder of an old workout and gives you the itch to do it. Glad you had fun!

Recently, I dusted off Cathe's MIS (Maximum Intensity Strength). I did the legs section. The step warm-up is the ONLY Cathe step routine that I was ever able to learn, LOL!

Also, I did the upper body section of Tony's Power Half Hour. He is as annoying as ever, but it is a good, short workout.

Time and distance don't make the heart grow fonder?

Linda, I actually met Tony in person at a fitness convention. He was rather rude to me.

I wanted a photo with him and he abruptly said, "Why didn't you wait in line with everybody else?" His assistant hurriedly took the photo, but we both looked like crap in it so it was deleted.

Yeah, I've heard about what a great guy he was at his events he had in Hawaii, etc. I guess it helps if you PAY to meet him...

So, my disdain goes beyond his stupid jokes and goofy accents. (DH can't stand him either.)
