Sets w/ 30 minute workouts

Due to increased traffic my commute is now longer than it used to be. Most mornings, I only have time to do 30 minutes of exercise (unless I wake up at 4:30am, instead of 5am ). I have several (lots) of individual dvds that have 30 minute workouts, but I tend to flounder when I'm just doing individual workouts and do better with a set. Are there any sets out there that have 30 minute workouts? I have JNL Fusion and I'm considering doing that, but unless I mute her and play my own music, I'm not sure if I can stick with her long-term Can anyone think of any other options?

I like Fe Fit, and it's all 30-minute workouts. There's lots of variety and several different rotations are included depending on how many days per week you want to work out.

Beachbody has several options that are in the 25-35 minute range.

1) 21 Day Fix
2) 21 Day Fix Extreme
3) Focus T25
4) Insanity Max 30
6) P90X3
7) 22 Minute Hard Corps
8) First two phases of Shift Shop

If you can stream, you can get access to all of the above on Beachbody On Demand plus the following that's not available on dvd:

9) LIIFT4
10) A Little Obsessed

I came back to add BOD Country Heat. It's my guilty pleasure, lol. I have two left feet but enjoy this one a lot! All the workouts are 30 minutes or less.

Oh I love 30 minute sets!
  • Xtrainfit Toning
  • XTFMax One on One
  • XTFMax Personal Trainer
  • 10 Minute Solution - there is a rotation that uses the workouts in 30 minute blocks
  • There is a custom Cathe Xtrain 30 minute rotation around here. I believe it uses her premixes.
  • Cathe 4DS - if you slit the cardio and strength workouts it is a 30 minute set
  • KCM Burn and Build
  • Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
  • Jillian Michaels Body Shred
  • Christine Bullock has 2 sets that are closer to 20 minutes, but still good
  • Stephanie Huckabee Powerfits

That is all I cm think of off the top of my head.

Jessica Smith's Walk Strong 3

I also have been loving Cathe's Fit Split set. Each dvd has two 2 workouts that each are about 30 minutes. The rotations list each dvd as one workout but I'm doing them as separate days and that has been working out great!

For instance rotation day one is Boxing Bootcamp/Legs & Glutes so I'll do Boxing Bootcamp one day and then Leg & Glutes the next day.
