I found Gin Miller's Cardio Challenge for $1.50, to add to my ramping video collection.

picked up at my favorite used bookstore:

P57 Express 30 Minute Full Body workout by Tanya Becker, $5
Hooping (book w/DVD) by Ariane Conrad and Christabel Zamor, $1

i've always been afraid of P57 based on the clips, but here's my chance to try it.

Hit a 60% off sale at the Habitat for Humanity Thrift Store on Saturday! For .40 each , I welcomed: Pure Barre Pershing Square 1 (biggest thrill!), 2 Bob Harpers, 5 Jillian Michaels and 1 Elle, with Brooklyn Decker.
I also picked up Kathy Smith's Power Step, Gay Gasper's (2-pack) Fat Burning + Thighs and Buns and (still in shrink-wrap) Kathy Smith's Project You Yoga dvd, at a Goodwill.

Yep, Saturday was a *good* day.

Jeannine--hi! I wanna go shopping with you! Whoa on the P57!

Firmaniac--Brazil butt Lift would be my ultimate find!!

Today I picked up (all in perfect shape)

Bar Method Fat free (one of the old Natural Journeys DVDs) for $2
10 Minute Trainer for $4
A version of Patricia Walden's Yoga for Beginners with Yoga for Flexibility included, which I got rid of years ago and regretted, also $2
Temple of Jehan Ultimate Bellydance Workout, which I've always been a bit curious about, also $2.

A few weeks ago I picked up a copy of Conductorcize out of morbid curiosity, but my DVD player doesn't seem to want to play it properly.

I see the Kathy Smith Project You in my thrift store but I don't buy it. I found some dvds at the recent book sale too. Those Joyce books were about 50 cents. I found the complete weight watchers points books.
