I would love to see, more like hear, a real clip from the system because I do prefer boxing over kickboxing on the bungee but will not buy a workout or system unless I hear the music first.

The heart of the program, the Aeroboxing looks great and I want them, BUT, it looks like the ones I would would use are "pro", "max" and possibly the "express", I tend to rarely like what I consider the "extras" in any system. So unfortunately, it's not enough workouts to warrant the $80 + shipping. But I will go take a look at his older stuff.

Hmmm....to sleekify or not to sleekify, that is the question.
This looks good! Sounds like lots of fast punching, which I love. And since there's no 'free' jumprope included, I assume not much jumproping (which I don't like). This just went on my wish list.

(...drumroll...) And yet another bandwagon is born!
ETA - Barb, the brief sections from the DVD(s) show no music (or it's very light). I think I'll pull out my Aerobox with Kathy Smith. That one's plenty tough (for me!) and has good music!

I don't think I have ever had this workout, Aerobox w/Kathy Smith. Is this something I need?

And the DVD link which has another kickbox workout on it in addition with Aerobox - http://www.amazon.com/Kathy-Smith-Kn...8926927&sr=8-4 It is from 1994 and after I had my son I was doing this workout along with Margaret Richards Body Electric and Inhale Yoga with Steve Ross (probably 95-96) and the combo got me down to below my pre pregnancy weight (and diet too). I just LOVED Aerobox, it was very challenging to me but I was a beginner....even after doing it for a while it still was pretty tough. I bought Cardio Knockout (the second link I posted) and haven't pulled it out yet....I might give it a go today if I feel up to it after doing RKS 16. |
