I will keep positions like what you mentioned in mind. I am primarily using my rebounder with weights right now.
Tracking my HR at rest and during exercise is really important right now. My doctor is asking I journal my numbers. (along with BP checks). My HR will take dips that aren't my normal. We're just making sure nothing weird happened since I had Covid in Oct. (I want this to be over).
I guess I better go order a strap.
