It’s definitely possible. The program will be in the Library at the top of the liftandshift.us page once you’ve purchased it.

yes it looks like Lift & Shift has it's own library on PP. I have walking strong on PP but the free Lift & Shirt doesn't show in that library. it's only available on the PP Lift Shift page

Sorry for my incorrect assumption, folks, you definitely CAN play the workouts in your browser without Purple Player! That's a good option to have considering the PP problems.

I need Lift and Shift in my PP library so I can play it on my Roku. At least I haven't been able to use the Roku so far. I did click on the Roku button at the bottom of the L&S page, but no dice so far.

However, I can access it on my phone. One advantage is that I can take my phone to the floor with me. I have a hard time seeing my tv from the floor. What I really need is a tablet. My next purchase, along with heavier weights, lol.

I did the first half of Total Body Strength Compound Supersets. Oh boy, she is not playing around! I'm dripping sweat, and I only did the first half hour. I think I need to work up to the full 50 minutes. I was able to do WS3 with the lower step and lighter weights, but I need to work up to the full 50 minutes. I definitely feel worked out with just the first 30 minutes. So far, I love it. It's what I was looking for.

From what I understand, Jessica lost 20 pounds of baby weight with this system. I looked it up, and she is 41 now. That definitely made me interested in it.

Sherry, can you update your PP profile that has L&S to associate your purchase with your other email address that has the rest of your purchases?

If not, then tech support will have to do it on their end but it seems like an easy fix. I was in a similar situation (not with PP though) where I wanted to merge my accounts and it wasn’t a problem. Good luck!

Now that I've seen that it IS possible to download these, I am interested. Not sure if I can swing the $97 before it's not available anymore (a little bit more time/notice would have been good so I could plan paychecks ), so I may be waiting until June. I just hope the price doesn't increase.
