Was it Donna Richardson? She had several releases back in the '90s and what you're describing sounds like her four-day rotation workout, which I am often mad at myself for getting rid of.

Is it the Black Girls Workout Too DVDs (it looks like they have 3 DVDs out)? These are led by a mother/daughter team, and the mother is very enthusiastic!!

Haha, no not Gymnetics, though I have wanted to try their workouts. Not Jeanette Jenkins or Donna Richardson either. Also not Victoria Johnson.

Barb, alas no. I don't know if this lady did more than one dvd, or if this was her first and only. She was VERY enthusiastic.
Nelly, Kat, and Bfit, it's not any of these ladies either. I have many of their dvds as well. Sigh! I may not be able to find the dvd. I am very glad that there are so many with older, black female instructors to choose from though . Also, I peeked at Mo Better Me's channel. She looks like she could be family lol!
