I've just started doing some Caroline Girvan workouts (thanks to one of these VF youtube threads!) and I am really loving them! I think in large part because I go at my own pace.

I just found this channel, but don't know anything about it - they use resistance bands and/or dumbbells: ACHV PEAK I don't know if it's been mentioned before.

ETA - Hip Hop Step on another channel. I didn't do it, but a friend did and loved it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WlW...iodJDFGh4ktDZM

I don’t know if this site has been mentioned before or not but I found Moving Mango on Youtube. It’s Pilates and I am doing her 30 days of light pilates challenge. I have to modify some but I love her slow deliberate moves and her happy personality!

I was looking for some workouts led by Nick Drago and stumbled upon the Walk at Home Steel City workouts. They are filmed outside in Pittsburgh on the deck of a boat - I think the Gateway Clipper. I’ve only done two of the workouts so far - a one mile led by Nick and a one mile led by Rocky. I really enjoyed them and couldn’t help but wonder (once again) why Leslie has never led an outdoor walk.

I haven't been following this thread so don't know if this has already been mentioned but I just discovered Sunny Health & Fitness has a channel with workouts. I may try a mini stepper workout since I never use mine!

The Fabulous Fitness Instructor

One of this instructor's videos came up on my recommendations list and I love him. He's a fun and very high energy guy who loves outlandish outfits. This week end I'm doing his 34 minutes 80s cardio routine.

I really want to like his videos but way too much yelling.
Great for those who like having fun with loud instructors.
However, not all of the videos have yelling!!!!
(I discovered the yelling is just in his LIVE videos.)
