Petra Kolber's Bootcamp Boogie (so glad I got Mary's giveaway DVD on the Total Fitness DVD site because this was available on YouTube but has since been taken down... very likely rightfully) + one of Jessica Smith's abs workouts on YouTube that is all of 9 mins long
