Power Pilates—intermediate (2004) Did the long workout, minus Upper Body segments. Good workout but one of the fastest paced pilates DVDs I have ever done.

Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up—Lower Body: Hip and Feet & Ankles . I had forgot there was some great stretches here, that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Substituted some stretches that weren’t appropriate for my body. Also going to start doing foam rolling again. Ouch!
