Kimberly Spreen: Kick Box Boot Camp (first 40 minutes of workout)
(I skipped the core section and used an imaginary step)

Kimberly Spreen: Power Within (from Star Trainers Cardio)

In both workouts, I modified all higher impact moves to low impact. I was also impressed with her cueing.

Reps to the Rhythm- 5000 steps 45 min. workout
This is my second workout of his (can't remember his name) and he seems pleasant enough, but it is very easy. I used hand weights and tried to throw in high impact moves to get my heart rate up. I did high knees when he did his side steps (which there were A LOT OF in this workout). His workouts are more suited for EASY days.

Barlates- Target 10 outer thighs. Wow. Only 10 minutes and my legs were burning!
