What programs does she have? Are any of them duplicates?

Home Program 1.0 and 2.0
30x30 Fat Loss Program
LG Sisters Get Strong - this isn't a duplicate, is it?

thanks!

Does anyone know if her workouts are high impact/have jumping in them?

No, none of them are duplicates - they may contain the same types of moves, but the program seem to be different enough. I mean, how many ways can you do a bicep curl? Please don't email me or PM me to let me know how many ways you can do a bicep curl. Y'all know what I mean.

Yes, the cardio HIIT workouts are higher impact and have jumping in them. I have modified by doing them on my B-Bounder.

Because of the beginner phase I started with home program 1.0 for three weeks and then moved to 2.0 yesterday. I like both, but 2.0 is really convenient because the exercise photos are included with each day instead of the end of pdf. There is also a glute pre-exhaust included with 2.0. I really like 2.0, gym style workouts under an hour. Perfect.

Like Carol, I am looking for different ways to make the cardio lower impact. I did 2.0 legs yesterday and the finisher called for 10 rounds of box jumps. Oh, that is never going to happen in this lifetime. Lauren seems to gleefully enjoy box jumps. I will attribute that to her youthful zest for leaping precariously onto a tall box. I plan to try stepups with a knee raise on a short box and call it success.

I made it through one day of 30x30. Is fat loss really that important?

I haven't looked at LG Sisters. I'm not sure I'm worthy to be her sister yet.

Awesome! Thank you. Yeah 30x30 isn't even on my radar. Can the coupon be used more than once? I'm tempted to get one program and see how I like it, butI'd hate to miss out on 15% off if I want more programs.

I'm wondering if I can do the box jumps by jumping onto my B-Bounder. That's what I will try anyway.

I think the 30 x 30 set looks tough - I don't know that I'll ever be that fit at my age. I haven't tried any of the Sister workouts either.

I've been plugging away at 2.0 and loving it. Great workouts at home in 30-45 minutes. I'm excited to start the Fall challenge, the new Glute Guide looks great.

Maybe we can start an LG Fall Challenge Check-in??
I would love a check in!
