I haven't seen this plan yet. Maybe someone can chime in. I think she does include some pyramid training. It doesn't seem to be a cardio only plan.

Donna,

I would agree with what Beth has said. I have lost a lot of strength in terms of weight training because I've done barre/light weight/high rep workouts for so long.

Lauren's fall challenge kicks off next Sunday the 24th (or maybe Monday the 25th) - signup will go live tomorrow for the general public, although she's sending out some emails today. Looks like it includes her new Glute Guide, which you will be able to purchase, as well as daily workouts posted on her website.

I just signed up! I got the Premium Package which is the what you have to get if you want the Glute Guide, the basic package doesn't come with it. I did not get the Nutrition Guide, I did a 15% discount. The price was just over $15 I think the Premium Package + Nutrition package + 15% discount came to $56 FYI.

Maybe we can start an LG Fall Challenge Check-in??

I'm up for a check-in. I didn't buy the Nutrition Guide either - I sure wish someone would so they could tell me about it!

Oh please do! I'd like to ask questions about it. I like that once you buy it, you automatically get all the new stuff for each challenge, etc.

I'm enjoying her workouts so much I bought the 30 day fat shred, LG Sisters and the home workout volume 2. I do like how volume 2 has the exercise photos listed for each day. I have so many nutrition plans that I haven't followed through with because they use hard to find ingredients or foods I wouldn't eat. I'd really like to know more about hers.

This is edited to add that I decided to purchase the fall + glute challenge and am looking forward to it. I like how she offers a complete rotation.

Hi! I'm interested in the Fall Challenge. Does anyone know if you miss a few days of the challenge can you still access those workouts? I tried looking on her website but, it doesn't say anything about that. TIA!!!
