I was able to borrow year 3 month 1 and the first workout is a lot on all fours. I *think* the other 2 workouts on this disc are mostly all fours too, but I was distracted while it was playing
I can watch it again and let you know if you really want, but I have a feeling that most of the workouts in year 3 will be on all fours with the occasional sidelying work and standing work....but someone please correct me if I'm wrong because I haven't seen anything beyond month 1.
