I bought these. I like her in the 10 minute workouts. I did the Power workout today. I liked the sequencing of moves and length of the workout. I see myself using along with another workout. more segments to try!

I did the Foundation workout today. It's a pilates based workout. She does a nice progressive sequence of core moves and then floor leg work. It was good! I also did the short ab routine from the second disk. It was also good.
Think I'll like this!
