I don't have Cathe's streaming, but I thought I read where the streaming service contained all of the premixes as well.

I can confirm that's true. I had Cathe's On Demand for a short amount of time, and not only are all the premixes in the library, but premixes other people create from her workouts and make available to others are also in the library, which can get a bit crazy and overwhelming! There certainly is a draw to her streaming...I just prefer to own something if it's been put on DVD in the first place!

One of my hestitations to streaming is that I have the majority of Cathe and KCM dvds. So while I really like the idea of streaming and having access to so many workouts, I probably would have most of them already.

I'm going to be starting a four-week Body Blast rotation this Sunday, and for anyone who wants to join (manleym, I'm talking to you!), this is my tentative rotation for next week. I plan to tweak my rotation weekly, depending on time and how I'm feeling, just to vary things a bit:

Sun: Legs and Glutes (I might do a longer premix to start it off strong)
Mon: Push/Pull (I'm planning to do one of the upper body premixes)
Tues: Step Blast
Weds: Super Sets (I might do a longer total body premix, depending on my day)
Thurs: Kick, Punch, and Crunch
Fri: Step, Jump, and Pump
Sat: Rest!

Since my schedule is going to off next week I decided to start the rotation today. I just finished legs & glutes and it was SO MUCH FUN! There's a music louder option - I would suggest it! The soundtrack is GREAT! I wish I would have had time to do a premix, but was only able to do the regular routine (46 minutes before stretch). I think a premix would be awesome! Kittybug will leave us in the dust doing one of them!
