I recently finished Born a Crime by Trevor Noah & Quintland by Shelley Wood. I enjoyed them and learned a lot from both. Right now I’m reading Entry Island by Peter May.

For any fans of Jodi Picoult, she has a new book coming out in September. She used to always release new book near my birthday, (late February) and I'd treat myself , but her publishing schedule changed. Oh, well.....

Wow, new hardcovers are $28.99! I may just ask my library now to order this instead of purchasing it new.

I am currently reading several books by the psychological suspense author Peter Swanson. I took a few from my library. They are pretty twisted, to be honest, but they are holding my attention.

I ran out of bookshelf space years ago and I've been renting from the library ever since.

I don't think I can keep posting all my reading-in-progress--too many! The newest one I have started is A Life Worth Breathing by Max Storm.

Has anyone read the psychological suspense author CJ Tudor? Her books showed up in my Facebook feed. My library has both of them (she has a third being released) so I put them on reserve.

I am running out of space also! Luckily my library is great about ordering books I request if they are able to get them. They can only use certain distributors. Otherwise they try through inter-library loan. The only ones I haven't had luck with are some of the lesser know Irish and British authors I like that aren't always published here.

I submitted a list of around 25 books I asked them to order in December. I was told that their budget for the year had run out, but they would look into them in January. It looks like they may order most of what I requested

Sherry, did you read Elizabeth Berg’s latest book? Wondering what you thought of it?

I gave up after about 40 pages. I just thought it was boring. I am glad it was a library loan and I did not buy it.
