Finally getting into my workout routine, after a long hiatus. Though, moving definitely kept me in shape. A lot of packing, unpacking, hauling boxes, major cleaning, and barely finding time to sit down and eat, kept me in shape. In fact, I lost a few pounds.

Sydney 40 min. Full Body HiiT Strong. A really good weight workout. Unique exercises.
