This morning I took the shrinkwrap off one of the free BOSU workouts I got a while back. I did the baseball and softball one. I was surprised I never fell off and only lost my balance a few times. The moves with the tubing while on the BOSU were quite challenging. The rest of the day I worked on undecorating. I still have a long way to go.

Sandy - Your move is super fast. I'm impressed (and happy for you) that you're getting a chance to revisit your trail runs while taking care of the necessary details.

I'm thinking more and more that the Hampton marathon is the way to go. A no travel, sleep at home 1st marathon will probably work best with buffboy's school work. A little hoopla would be nice, but not if it makes completing (or starting!) the race more difficult.

No travel, sleep at home sounds like the best way, in my opinion. I've never done a marathon but I definitely appreciate the races I get to do close to home that don't require me being up like 3 hours before race time!

I have zero ambition to run today. I don't know what's up with me.

I checked my logs, and today's TO run was the fastest I have written in my notebook. The next closest time was June 2015. Yes, I used to run this a lot faster 10 years ago, but those runs weren't logged. Yay, ME!

The days fly by with so many more boxes to pack. Sat and Sun will be a mad flurry, but by then very little will need to be left as "still in use," so in a box it all goes, or our leave for the buyers to throw out.

I do think I need these short runs and workouts each day for my mental and physical well being.

Cyric has been sick all day so I haven't done much besides clean floors and crate. I did get out for lunch with friends. Hoping he's past the worst of it. He evidently chewed his Nylabone a lot more than I realized when I was busy yesterday and swallowed some chunks. I took the toys away and hope he won't need to see the vet.
