I’m glad I put this one after a rest day on my rotation....Insane!!
I love Drill Max
I’m not at Cleo’s level for single leg floor work. This is one to build up.

Michelle Dozios 360 Athletic Conditioning. I think this is my most favorite workout. An awesome 40 minute, no boredom, sweatfest.
